Borderlands 4 - My Favorite Legendary Gear

Firewerks is a great Armor Shield for mobbing; on kills it spawns missiles that home in on nearby enemies and deal so much damage that it in many cases it will one-shot them. 

It drops from the first boss fight Splashzone at the Riptide Grotto. This is a very easy boss fight and he also drops the legendary Jelly grenade and Lead Ballon shotgun + lots of purple gear to get started on a new character.
